Taryn McFarlane is the East End chamber of Commerce Chairman. McFarlane will be the first to serve in the history of the chamber to serve a consecutive term. McFarlane began an aggressive education campaign in the East End, and sought a second term so that she con complete some of the projects she began a year ago.
